Company

The phrase “market crashing” originated from an Economics theory paper Shaharris came up with while at Tufts University. It refers to the concept of a rogue firm that earns money by invading other markets temporarily and influencing equilibrium prices. In a sense, it’s what we’re all about: helping businesses carve out and execute industry-disrupting solutions.

We’re an ambitious, upstart team of business pragmatists, design tyrants, clever developers, and multi-media marketing strategists.

As marketing professionals at the core, we understand the need for ROI validation through increasing conversions and improving user experiences. As technology experts with deep wisdom in exceptionally complex development, we build things right the first time, every time. As experienced professionals, our multi-faceted approach is rooted first in business fundamentals.

We treat each project as a marriage, not a fling. Working with us means putting our years of expertise in management and objective consultation on online marketing, strategy, and branding to work for you. This jargon roughly translates to: “We’re interested in helping you make more cash.”

Get in touch today to chat about how we can help. Don’t worry, we only speak in plain English.

Scott Leblanc

Read Bio
Scott has spent more than a decade building web/eCommerce products and applications in business, design, and technical capacities. Simply put, he is one of the most resourceful and versatile problem solvers on the planet: a master (and not a jack) of all trades.

Dan Snyder

design

Read Bio
Designer, musician, gentleman, Decepticon: these are all words that describe Dan perfectly. His visual talents have been put to work at many agencies for many companies; his style is a blend of awesome and ridiculous.

Osku Penttinen

design

Read Bio
After 20 years of experience making the web beautiful, Osku has seen (and redesigned) it all. Obsessively pixel-perfect, when not violently destroying n00bs on World of Warcraft, he enjoys the finer points of life and love: fine art, music, photography, and design. (not necessarily in that order)

Kelly Kruschel

design

Read Bio
An uncanny eye for beauty (and uncannily beautiful eyes) distinguishes Kelly from the average photographer / designer / creative-director. Her years in graphic design are clear and transparent from every facet of her extremely detail-oriented work. Her free time is generally spent terrorizing and delighting children.

  • Jason Andrade

    development

    Read Bio
In the world of life, there are coders and there are developers. Then there’s Jason, a University of Toronto graduate who writes low-level database languages and search engines.  FOR FUN.  When he’s not coding, he’s on the dance floor, where he earned the moniker "The Energizer Bunny" .
  • Mihnea Stanciu

    architecture

    Read Bio
An ancient Romanian warrior of the Old Code™, when Mihnea isn’t architecting overly complicated back-end financial transaction relational database systems for online banking clients, you’ll typically find him enjoying a quality beer or German marzipan.
  • James Hurley

    mobile

    Read Bio
James built and administered a sports management and scheduling platform with over 200,000 active users before finishing high school.  Clearly, being attentive in gym class really paid off.  A pioneering iPhone and iPad developer, James divides his time between Toronto and San Diego.

  • JT Ivanov

    art

    Read Bio
A brilliant designer with over 8 years of hands-on experience, JT is the de facto “go to” guy for creative work in the Toronto music, fashion, and entertainment scene.  Overworked and overpaid, he frequently hangs out with hipsters.  But only ironically.
  • JJ Beh

    business strategy

    Read Bio
A sharper-minded business polymath you’ll never find.  From marketing and product strategy to enterprise planning, JJ dedicated a decade to stewarding the ING Direct brand across multiple business lines (funds, savings, mortgage), cities (London, Amsterdam, Wilmington), and channels (mobile, online, print, etc.).  Loyal overachiever much?  He enjoys hockey, food, and being smarter than you.
  • Shaharris Beh

    project and product

    Read Bio
Years of marketing/advertising, the entertainment industry, private equity, and software development have chiseled Shaharris into a ruthlessly pragmatic, dangerously proleptic demagogue. He once played pool at Cornell’s Noyes Center for 8 hours straight. His motto: “Do or do not; there is no spoon.”
  • Adi

    team mascot

    Read Bio
A bafflingly adorable combination of “Alf” and “Splinter” (of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fame), Adi’s corgi-terrier cuteness permeates through the office almost exactly, but not quite the opposite of, something that’s entirely not unlike the aroma of wet dog.  His motto: “Woof.”
